YAY! FatDaddyBakeShop reopened today! She's been closed since the 12th of March and my mouth has been watering ever since. I just ordered a 3-pack of cupcakes. :O) This time I went with the Red Velvet Revolution, Berry Berry Dark, and Chocolate Chip off the ‘Ol Block. Can't wait to get these!!! I'll be checking my mail like an anxious little girl every day!

Lately I have been inspired by the color pink. I'm in this mode where I want to create pretty girly things! It's so ironic because growing up I was always a tomboy. Now that my 27th bday is approaching on the 23rd I want to feel like a little girl again and I believe that is showing up in my recent work. Here are a couple items from my shop for the pretty little girl in you!

Today's ETSY-Item-Of-The-Day comes from a AFancifulTwist. I recently stumbled upon this sweet little shop and I am so happy that I did! Her artwork is whimsical and delightfully wonderful! I could not resist the temptation of Super bake girl, Cupcake print! I had to splurge and order this one for myself last night! This print is from an original painting. It is going to look fabulous on the wall in my studio alongside the artwork of other Etsy artists I have purchased from!!

I now have my new line of shrinky-dink Mutant Sweets jewelry available in my ETSY Shop! These are all hand-drawn by me and baked in the oven! SWEET!

I also added some new mermaid pendants to my shop which both sold out in no time at all! I was shocked!!! I'll be making more though... so don't worry!

So I've had my eye on the FatDaddyBakeShop ever since I found out about Etsy. I ordered two of her cupcakes one week ago and they came today. I felt like a little girl on Xmas morning when the mailman came up to my door and hand-delivered my box of goodies. I ordered the Red Velvet Revolution for myself and the PMS Cupcake AKA Chocolate Overload for my hubby Joe. We tore into them right away... didn't waste any time! It was delicious!!! Then I popped mine in the microwave for 7 seconds to melt the frosting a little and OMG- it was sweet heaven in a jar! My sweet-tooth was gleaming with joy!
